Absolutely. The OPA is a joke. Andrew Myerberg literally used to defend cops when he worked at the city attorney's office.

Last year, they had to remove an OPA investigator after it was found he tried to scare protesters by feigning like he was going to ram them with his car. The current leader of the investigations unit was a former sexual assault investigator who left like 50 rape cases open and barely cleared any of her cases the whole time she was there.

There were some serious police brutality cases resulting from the 2020 demos and among the ones sustained, almost none got more than a written reprimand.
