Did you care about kids being locked in cages when Obama was doing it? Did you care when whole families were being locked up in the T. Don Hutto detention center under Obama?
Did you care about immigrant women being raped in the T. Don Hutto Center under Obama after it ceased being a family detention center and became a women’s detention facility? Did you care about the tens of thousands who died crossing a highly militarized border under Obama while the activists who provided them with water were prosecuted?
Will you care about kids if Mike Bloomberg, a guy who implemented an authoritarian police state in NYC that terrorized black youth and surveilled Muslim immigrants, is in office and is doing literally the exact same stuff, but he can pay the Center for American Progress to whitewash it?
Will you care about kids being caged under Joe Biden, who lied about Obama putting kids in cages?
Were all these things acceptable to you before Trump? What’s an acceptable number of kids to put in cages, Mike?
Bernie Sanders is the only candidate who wants to abolish ICE. If you care about kids in cages, then vote for him.
Also, if you want to help immigrants right here, right now, then donate to the Fair Fight Bond Fund. They pay bonds for detainees which prevents them from being fast-tracked through the deportation process. They can’t bond anyone out now for lack of funds.
