I don't think everyone who disagrees with me is an enemy and I agree that people don't necessarily fit neatly into political categories, but that's beside the point. A group that is pushing a reactionary agenda opposed to everything I believe in a self-conscious, organized way is by definition my enemy. And to not respond to that in an equally self-conscious organized way, with full understanding of the stakes, is foolish.
