Okay, so let’s say the shoe were on the other foot. Let’s say that Bernie Sanders were in fourth place right now and Elizabeth Warren went into the convention with 43 percent of the pledged delegates, but on the second round of voting, there was some horse-trading and the superdelegates decided to line up behind Bernie Sanders as the best “unity” candidate. They award the nomination to him.

Are you going to still vote for Bernie Sanders in that scenario? Would you feel like that was a stepping stone toward eliminating the corruption within our political system.

Also, nice job condescending to me as a “young whippersnapper” You’re like the fourth Boomer to call me that, so far. I guess it’s easy to get on your high horse when you’re a retiree who’s living comfortably, but the stakes are a lot higher for me.

I’m 38. I graduated with $40,000 in debt in the middle of a financial crisis. I’m working a minimum wage job to pay the bills despite having more than a decade’s experience as a writer and editor. My rent is half of my meager income

I also have a disability that I could be hospitalized for at any moment. I was kicked off Medicaid because I’m just barely above the threshold. My means-tested Obamacare health insurance has a $5,000 deductible. If I get sick again, it will cripple me financially.

So go infantilize someone else.
