Technically the axis powers were a multiracial multiethnic organization Germany (White), Japan (Asian), and Francoist Spain (Latino). I guess that makes them not fascist? Do two things for me: Develop an understanding of what fascism is as a historical phenomenon and find a better hill to die on.
