There is no “margin of error” this isn’t a poll. These are complete stats. And you obviously didn’t read past that point to the very next paragraph about Milwaukee where black folks account for 80 percent of the deaths despite being 30 percent of the population IIRC. Similar proportions in New Orleans, Chicago, Michigan and pretty much every metropolitan area. NYC is actually an outlier. But don’t let facts get in the way of a good self-righteous tirade.
